Fabric DeWitt has 2 grades, 3.5 oz. & 6 oz. non-woven, needle punched Filter Fabric can be used as a stabilizing force to prevent unwanted shifts or movements in excavated areas such as roads, sidewalks, patios and embankments. This product is also excellent protection against damaging soil when placed around drainage pipes, retaining walls and other buried or exposed fixtures. It is a soil stabilization and separation fabric. |
The
new D-Drain from DeWitt is a modular drainage composite and collection
system consisting of a three dimensional, high
flow drainage core which is wrapped with a non-woven
filter fabric. It is designed to replace a conventional
sand or gravel covered pipe drain around building
foundations and retaining walls. Soil particles
are held back by the filter fabric allowing water
to pass through to the drain core for easy removal
by sump pump or by running to daylight. A full
array of custom fittings are available in the
system to allow for fast and easy installation. 
DeWitt
Poly Jute Netting is used as a soil stabilizer and erosion control
agent on slopes, newly seeded turf and other ground
surfaces to prevent washouts and protect from
wind erosion. Poly Jute
Netting is constructed of 100% polypropylene
and its unique combination of leno yarn and tape
provide strength and durability and will not unravel
like traditional woven burlap, while offering
cost savings over straw. Poly
Jute Netting is safe, photodegradable,
non-toxic to healthy soil and plants and will
not support growth of fungus or mold. Poly
Jute Netting also allows air and water
to pass through to the soil to enhance growth
of plants and installs easily. For best results
use DeWitt Anchor Pins or Re-Pins to secure Poly Jute Netting.
